I am an honest,mature yet quiet and independent disabled female with an incredibly cool but completely lazy cat who has a one bedroom apt with the MASTER BEDROOM WITH ITS OWN DOUBLE SIDED CLOSET FOR RENT. We would share the bathroom and kitchen. I am looking for a mature and responsible person to rent the bedroom for $450 A MONTH AND THAT INCLUDES UTILITIES AND even has limited cable for free.  I live just off of I-95 and Routes 7 and 4 and all the major highways in Delaware. I am also close to all the bus lines on either Kirkwood Hwy or Route 4 and 7. In order to be an occupant in my apt complex , they require that you apply in person in the leasing office first, then when you are approved the room will be available to rent IMMEDIATELY. ( no security deposit is required.)  If you have any questions or would like to come see the room, pls call me at 302-998-xxxx.
